Hot smoked salmon - Traditional -
Ingredients
- 1 hot smoked salmon fillet, flaked
- 1 egg, soft boiled
- 1/4 medium ripe avocado, slices
- Hand full of edamame
- 1 serving brown rice
- 1/2 red union
Garnish
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- cilantro or fresh green onion
- lime
Preparation
- Boil an egg for 6 to 8 minutes for a soft-boiled egg. Immediately place the eggs in ice water to stop it from cooking.
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl.
- Garnish and enjoy!
