Cold smoked salmon - Toast Slices -

  • 2 pcs hamburger buns
  • 2 cups cutted smoked salmon
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • Salt
  • Fresh black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breads crumbs
  • Spray oil
  • Mix salate
  • Fresh lemon juice

 

Dip:

  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dijon mustard

 

  1. Prepare the smoked salmon mix for burger – add chopped smoked salmon, chopped red onion, salt, fresh black pepper, egg, chili flakes, egg, garlic and gluten free breads crumbs. Mix all together. Rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill pan and use spray oil.
  3. Grill the salmon burger from each side for 2-3 minutes.
  4. And also grill the hamburger bun on one side. 
  5. Prepare the sauce – sour cream, fresh dill, salt, black pepper – mix all together.
  6. Use the hamburger bun, add dijon mustard, mix of salate, smoked salmon burger, dip and little bit of fresh lemon juice.
