Cold smoked salmon - Toast Slices -
- 8 slices whole wheat grain bread
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 16 slices smoked salmon
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 cup radishes cleaned and sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
- On 4 of the sliced bread, spread some cream cheese evenly over the entire slice.
- Layer with smoked salmon, followed by avocado slices, tomatoes, radishes, and alfalfa sprouts.
- Top with remaining slices of bread, and serve.
