Where to buy
- 8 slices whole wheat grain bread
- ¼ cup / 32 g cream cheese
- 7 oz / 198 g smoked salmon
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- ½ cup / 62 g radishes cleaned and sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 cup / 128 g alfalfa sprouts
- ½ tsp. salt or to taste
- ½ tsp. pepper or to taste
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the slices of bread.
- Layer with smoked salmon, followed by avocado slices, tomatoes, radishes, and alfalfa sprouts.
- Top with remaining slices of bread, and serve.
